By using the DNAi Systems A2A API, you agree to these terms...

The API is provided for programmatic access to DNAi agent services...

Using medical agent responses (Asha, Lyra, Sage) as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis without physician oversight
Using financial agent responses (Artha) as investment advice
Storing or transmitting PHI without appropriate safeguards
Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract model weights or training data
Using the API for any illegal purpose

Usage is subject to the rate limits of your subscription tier. See /api/a2a/usage for current limits.

DNAi Systems provides the API 'as is' without warranty. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify DNAi Systems against claims arising from your use of the API or violation of these terms.

Queries may be logged for security, abuse prevention, and service improvement. PHI is redacted before storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.

DNAi Systems retains all intellectual property rights in the API, agents, and underlying systems. You retain ownership of your input data.

DNAi Systems may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
